Explore our roots
Field to Fork first sprang into life as a promotion around Seattle Restaurant Week in partnership with Charlie’s Produce, taking listeners on a deep dive into the food economy of the Puget Sound region, from modern-day farming operations to independent restaurants, going to the source to find out how local food comes to be and gets to you, direct from the people making it happen.
