Equipment and Power Needs

Seattle Good Business Network (event organizers) will provide:

– Handwashing stations
– Storage table
– Sanitizer bucket, solution, and rag
– Waste bucket
– Space to store coolers
– Electrical outlets as appropriate
– Reusable cups for beverage sampling (beverage producers only)


Vendor will provide:

– Table (6ft max.)
– Table linens
– Coolers and adequate ice for products requiring cold holding
– All materials required for transportation, cooking, and hot holding of products served warm
– Physical barrier or “sneeze guard” if cooking onsite
– Serviceware for samples (food producers only)

Please be aware that if the health department determines that your food is not held safely, then you will be asked to deconstruct your table and will not be eligible for the vendor stipend.*
Seattle Good Business Network encourages all vendors to use compostable/low-waste options whenever possible. We ask that vendors pack out any garbage that is not able to be composted.
Per health department requirments, vendors must serve samples from the back of their table and must not allow attendees to self-serve.*
