Blanton Turner is not a traditional property management company. We manage a relatively small portfolio of boutique properties, including about 70 multi-family and student housing projects and 1.3 million square feet of commercial space in the greater Seattle area. The company was founded in 2011 by five principals who bring a combined 118-plus years of experience to the business. Our services include property management, pre-development consulting and marketing and branding.
