The Good Stuff
Run by Brian Gilbert — Certified Cheese Professional (CCP) and head cheesemonger at Beecher’s Handmade Cheese — and food and beverage journalist Holly Regan, Gilbert’s Cheese Experience is a cheese-pairing pop-up that breaks the mold. We host fun, interactive tasting and food-education events, combining cheese with food and beverages from local producers. Our goal is to introduce guests to amazing new foods and drinks, while building community and sharing the stories behind them. We can bring cheese on-site to producers’ facilities, or host events in a third-party space.
These events are most than just pairings — they’re full-sensory Experiences that directly engage guests with the things they eat and drink. We don’t just taste — we go on an immersive journey to meet the people and understand the processes that brought each item to your plate or glass.
