Lagana Foods is a Seattle based fresh pasta company. Lagana Pasta is simple and fresh. Every batch is handmade in Seattle with semolina flour and water. That’s it! The semolina flour we use is produced by Shepherd’s Grain and is non-GMO verified and sustainably-grown. Derived from high-quality Durum wheat, the semolina is packed with protein and creates a slightly sweet, nutty taste that can pair with a heavy Bolognese, a light drizzle of olive oil, or anything in-between. But wait, there’s more! Because we don’t use eggs, Lagana Pasta is also vegan.
