Askatu Bakery by Liberated Foods specializes in making small batch, artisanal, baked goods, mixes, and herbal teas free from the top food allergens and intolerances. These include no: wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts*, peanuts, shellfish, fish, sesame, corn, potatoes, xanthan and guar gums, and artificial flavors or colors. *(We do occasionally use coconut). We also exclude rice from most of our products. We provide boutique catering, personal chef services, and recipe development as well. Aside from our retail store, find us at farmers markets and events around town.
