Positive Spin Pole Dance Fitness

Positive Spin offers body positive, queer affirming, and gender inclusive pole dancing classes in North Seattle, providing supportive classes for all levels. We believe in breaking away from the toxic elements of mainstream fitness culture that tell us we need to look or be a certain way. We celebrate each student by giving them a safe space to be appreciated for exactly who they are.

Additionally, we offer pole dancing parties for all occasions, including bachelorette parties, birthday parties, office parties, or just a night out with friends!

We also have a one of a kind pole fitness for teens program where high school students can learn the art and athleticism of pole fitness as a tool for developing healthy relationships with their bodies and positive relationships with their peers.
