King County Public Health Updates
Deferred/Discounted Seattle Public Utility and Seattle City Light Bills: To help mitigate the impact of COVID-19, Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) and Seattle City Light (SCL) are offering relief to utility customers. Call (206) 684-3000 or send an email 24/7.
Additionally, income-eligible residential customers can self-certify to join the Utility Discount Program (UDP) and access heavily discounted utilities by simply signing a short form that attests to their household income rather than providing income documentation.
